Victoria Lee is the first minority female president and CEO of the second-largest health delivery system in Canada, where she oversees delivery of health programs and services to diverse and fast-growing communities in the Fraser Health region. Lee is a board director of CARE Canada, Canada Health Infoway and the Health Employers Association of BC.
