Tracey McVicar is a former investment banker and a partner at CAI Capital Partners, a mid-market private equity firm. She serves on the boards of several CAI portfolio companies and is a director of Teck Resources Ltd. McVicar has been named one of Canada’s most powerful women and is a BIV Forty under 40 award recipient.
