Thomas Roper, QC, has practised labour and employment law for over 45 years. He has advised large federal and provincial employers, governments, educational institutions and unions in well over 600 legal proceedings, defining and developing labour relations law in Canada. In 1992 he was appointed as one of three special advisers to revamp the B.C. Labour Relations Code.
