Tara Ataya joined Hootsuite in 2020 as vice-president of people, before becoming the company’s first chief people and diversity officer later the same year. Ataya has been named among Bay Street Bull’s Women of the Year, is a CNBC Workforce Executive Council member and has been named to Business Insider’s DEI Trailblazers list.

FUN FACT: I have random passages from Shakespeare memorized and can recite them.
