Prior to being president and CEO of the Vancouver Airport Authority, Tamara Vrooman, OBC, was president and CEO of Vancity, Canada’s largest community credit union, B.C.’s deputy minister of finance, secretary to the Treasury Board and CEO of the Public Sector Employers’ Council. Vrooman is chair of the Canada Infrastructure Bank and chancellor of Simon Fraser University.
