Rowena Rizzotti’s 35 years of health-care leadership include serving as COO of B.C.’s Northern Health Authority, co-founding Surrey’s Health and Technology District and co-founding the first Legion Veterans Village in B.C. Rizzotti sits on the Conference Board of Canada’s Council for Innovation and Commercialization and was Surrey’s Business Woman of the Year in 2018.
