Rob Chiarello has more than 20 years in strategy innovation and direction. He leads recruitment, labour relations, organizational culture and transformational change management as senior vice-president of people and culture at Pacific Blue Cross. Chiarello is co-chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Council at the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade.
