Praveen Varshney, FCPA, FCA, has been a principal of Varshney Capital Corp. since 1991. He is a founding director of the social-impact-focused Pyfera Growth Capital and Humanitas Smart Planet Fund. Varshney has been a co-founder of many companies over the years, including Mogo Inc. and Little Kitchen Academy. He sits on a number of non-profit boards.
