Paul Mochrie was appointed as the city manager for the City of Vancouver in April 2021. He has worked with the City of Vancouver since 2011 and previously served as deputy city manager. Representing the city, Mochrie holds appointments as a director for the Pacific National Exhibition and for E-Comm 911.
