Prior to joining Genome BC, Pascal Spothelfer served as vice-president of communications and community partnerships at the University of British Columbia, after having served as a president and CEO in the private technology sector for the preceding 20 years. Spothelfer has served on a number of private and not-for-profit boards.
EDUCATION: PhD law, University of Basel, Switzerland.
FUN FACT: I am Swiss but don’t like cheese – I guess I had to emigrate.
GREATEST SUCCESS: Staying authentic through highs and lows over many years in very different organizations.
