Nancy More has held operational and general management roles with Labatt, has worked around the world for InBev and has led Diageo’s international beer supply division. More is an instructor in the brewing and brewery operations program at Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU), and she has been recognized with a Legend Award by the BC Beer Awards.

GREATEST SUCCESS: I consider my greatest success as the brewing trainees and graduates around the world that I have been able to coach and influence.
TOUGHEST CHALLENGE: Starting as a woman in a male-dominated industry, it took time to realize that my power lay in authenticity, not in trying to be “one of the boys”.
