Melissa Craig commands a team of 25 in the show kitchen of the Bearfoot Bistro in Whistler. An award-winning executive chef, she is the recipient of the coveted gold award at the Gold Medal Plates’ Canadian Culinary Championships. When she was 20 years old, Craig became the first Canadian female to win the prestigious National Apprentice Competition.
