Lincoln Kyne has held executive roles in over six countries and three continents, mainly centred in defence and construction materials. His current role encompasses more than 1,700 employees and operating entities spread across B.C. and the U.S. Pacific Northwest – the largest aggregates and construction materials market for the Holcim Group in North America.

WHAT’S NEW: In 2022, I expanded my leadership portfolio to include Washington, with the acquisition of a local company and 13 manufacturing sites in the state.
TOUGHEST CHALLENGE: The acquisition and integration of a construction company in Iraq. Hugely challenging yet culturally rewarding.
