Karen Barnaby is an award-winning chef and cookbook author who has been active in the industry since 1977. Barnaby has received a Minerva Award for Community Leadership, is past president of Les Dames d’Escoffier’s B.C. chapter and is the first woman to receive the British Columbia Restaurant and Foodservices Association’s Back of the House Award.
