John Skinner previously had a long career in the investment industry as a senior investment adviser and partner at Yorkton Securities and Canaccord Capital. In 2004, he and his wife, Trish, founded Painted Rock Estate Winery. As president of the Okanagan Wine Initiative, Skinner’s current focus is growing the global brand and reputation of Okanagan wines.
