Jim McGuigan is PwC Canada’s B.C. region managing partner. He is the deals leader for British Columbia and leader of the firm’s Vancouver corporate finance group. Over the last 25 years in the corporate finance and transaction areas, McGuigan has assisted in the purchase and sale of businesses, the structuring of initial public offerings, financing and due diligence reviews.
