Jill Atkey has worked in the non-profit sector for more than 20 years. She led the development of the Canadian Rental Housing Index and the development of a 10-year strategy for solving B.C.’s affordability and homelessness crisis. Atkey is chair of the Community Housing Transformation Centre.
