After spending 30 years in the resource and transportation sectors, Ian McIver joined Seaspan ULC in 2018. He previously held executive positions at Ledcor Resources, Canadian Forest Products, BC Rail and CP Rail. McIver currently leads Seaspan’s marine transportation division.

GOAL FOR 2022: Develop the local market for liquefied natural gas (LNG) bunkering in anticipation of our delivery of LNG bunker ships to the West Coast in late 2024.
FAVOURITE SPORTS TEAM: Liverpool FC.
CHILDHOOD DREAM JOB: Professional skier. I was sure there had to be a way to make money skiing – too bad GoPros didn’t exist.
