Harry Hertscheg has managed several cultural organizations, including the Vancouver Fringe Festival from 1990 to 1994 and the Vancouver East Cultural Centre from 1995 to 1996. He now leads the Vancouver International Wine Festival, which has been recognized as the best international wine festival in North America.
