Hamed Shahbazi has more than 20 years of experience as a technology-focused operator. In 1997, he founded TIO Networks, which was acquired by PayPal in July 2017 for $304 million. Over his career, he has gained extensive experience in strategic mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, both as an operator and as a board member.
