Fred Pletcher is a senior partner at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP’s (BLG) Vancouver office, where he advises public companies and underwriters on a broad range of transactions and issues, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate governance, continuous disclosure and general commercial matters.
