Fiona Dalton became president and CEO of Providence Health Care in April 2018.  She has 23 years of health-care experience, most recently as CEO of University Hospital Southampton National Health Service Foundation Trust in the United Kingdom, which had 10,000 employees and an annual budget of around $1.2 billion.
