Prior to joining Neptune in 2019, Duana Kipling’s career was in rail. She started with Canadian Pacific, where she held a number of logistics and demand planning roles across multiple commodities. In 2015, Kipling moved to work for Australian rail provider Aurizon in senior operations leadership roles.
