David Aisenstat served as president and CEO of Keg Restaurants since he purchased the company from London-based Whitbread PLC in 1997. Last year, he stepped down as CEO and became chair of the company. Aisenstat’s restaurant collection includes Joe Fortes Seafood & Chop House, Ki Modern Japanese + Bar and the Shore Clubs.
