CJ Ritchie has served as B.C.’s associate deputy minister and government chief information officer since January 2018. Her primary focus is improving government services with the development of a corporate strategy for digital government in B.C. Ritchie is co-chair of the Public Sector Chief Information Officer Council and chair of the Council of Chief Information Officers.

EDUCATION: Master’s in conflict analysis and management from Royal Roads University.
