Christine Coletta is a founder and owner of Okanagan Crush Pad winery. She became involved with wine as the founding executive director of the BC Wine Institute in 1990. Today, she and husband Steve Lornie own 330 acres of land, with 70 of those planted to vine, and a 35,000-case winery.
