Aftab Erfan is currently serving as the City of Vancouver’s inaugural chief equity officer. She saw the completion of the city’s equity framework and establishment of its equity office. Previously, she served as director of dialogue and conflict engagement in the University of British Columbia’s equity and inclusion office.
