After grad school, Alex Conconi founded Alt Mortgages (later Neighbourhood Holdings), an alternative mortgage lender that has grown to $400 million in assets under management. Conconi then founded Lendesk Technologies, which was acquired by Rocket Mortgage in 2019. Conconi Growth Partners has invested in over 60 North American startups.
