Valerie Mann is a corporate partner at Lawson Lundell LLP, where she practises in the area of mergers and acquisitions, and private equity, venture capital and impact funds. She is chair of the firm’s technology law practice group, which she helped build. Mann has received numerous awards and recognitions, including recognition by Lexpert and Best Lawyers in Canada as a top lawyer in a number of areas.
