Robert “Gala’game” Chamberlin was previously elected chief councillor of the Kwikwasut’inuxw Haxwa’mis First Nation, where he served seven consecutive two-year terms. He has served three consecutive three-year terms as the Union of BC Indian Chiefs’; vice-president. Chamberlin is chair of the First Nation Wild Salmon Alliance.
