Marcel Swain is CEO of B.C.’s largest Indigenous housing society. He has led Lu’ma for over 30 years, helping to build a portfolio of 15 housing projects with nearly 300 units and a market value of more than $40 million. Swain was a founding member and past president of the National Aboriginal Housing Association.
