Jack Woodward, QC, is a practising lawyer specializing in Indigenous law and has been at the forefront of Canada’s relationship with Indigenous communities for decades. He prepared the first draft of what would eventually become Section 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982, and was key in helping to develop the University of Victoria’s first-ever credit course in Indigenous law.
