Ian Tostenson spent most of his career successfully growing Cascadia Brands, which owned Calona Vineyards, Sandhill Vineyards, Burrowing Owl Vineyards, Granville Island Brewing, Grady Wine Marketing and Potter Distilling. He is chair of HAVE Culinary Training Society, and a board member of the BC Small Business Round Table and Business Technical Advisory Panel.

GOAL FOR 2022: Finally write a book.
BIGGEST LESSON: Surround yourself with talent.
TOUGHEST CHALLENGE: The pandemic – finding innovative solutions where none existed and making sure government, industry and the public were in alignment. This took an immense amount of time in the public eye.
