Don Lindsay, OBC, is a director of Manulife Financial Corp. and past chair of BC Children’s Hospital Foundation. He recently completed a term as chair of the Business Council of Canada and is a past chair of the International Council on Mining and Metals and the World Economic Forum’s board of governors for mining and metals.

LOOKING AHEAD: My big focus right now is completion of Teck’s QB2 copper project in Chile. That will double our consolidated copper production, which is essential to the world’s transition to a low-carbon future. We’re also continuing to build on Teck’s copper and health program to expand the use of antimicrobial copper on high-touch surfaces in more public places.
