Bill Mooney joined Western Group in 2021 to lead its corporate and strategic activities. He led the construction and commercialization of the G3 Terminal in North Vancouver. Mooney is a director of the BC Marine Terminal Operators Association and the Western Transportation Advisory Council, and a member of the BC Ports Competitiveness Committee.
