Angus An is the chef and owner of Maenam Restaurant Group and vice-president of Chefs’ Table Society. He and his wife, Kate, opened the award-winning Gastropod in Vancouver, which closed in 2009. In May 2009, Maenam was born. It has since received rave reviews from the New York Times, USA Today and Food & Wine.
