Locally born, Andrea Alridge, OBC, has always been deeply connected to the local Vancouver dining scene. She worked for over nine years at CinCin Ristorante and bar, where she honed her craft in working with fire. She is the head chef at Osteria Savio Volpe, and recently placed in the finals on Top Chef Canada.

FUN FACT: I’m allergic to fish and nuts, but love to cook and butcher fish!
FAVOURITE MEAL: My final meal would be a big spread from Phnom Penh.
