Andre Olivier is an accomplished professional engineer and project manager with 21 years’ experience in heavy industrial steam and power generation facilities, and bulk liquid and bulk material handling port facilities. He joined Pacific Coast Terminals in April 2007 and was appointed vice-president and general manager in May 2018.
